How do you structure fees on GC engagements?+
We work under stipulated sum, GMP, and cost-plus arrangements. For repositioning and hospitality work we usually recommend GMP with a shared-savings clause.
Do you self-perform any trades?+
Yes. Concrete, masonry, carpentry, and select finishes are self-performed. That gives us direct control of schedule-critical path work.
