Construction leadership backed by three decades of self-perform.
Silver Wolf Consulting is the leadership layer over Projex Construction Group, our self-performing concrete & masonry crews, and Rainier Restoration. We started in the trades that drive schedule. We grew into the firm that owns outcomes — across New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Built on the jobs nobody else wanted to self-perform.
We started with two trades most GCs sub out: concrete and masonry. The founders had run both in-house for years and realized that the schedule-critical trades were exactly where owners were losing the most money to coordination friction. That firm became Projex Construction Group.
Over three decades we expanded — general contracting, hospitality renovations, healthcare build-outs, and a full building envelope and landmark restoration practice through Rainier Restoration. As the projects got bigger and more complex, our owners started asking us to represent them earlier — at feasibility, before a GC was even chosen. Silver Wolf Consulting is how we answer that ask: a dedicated construction management and owner's representation practice with three operating divisions standing behind it.
Today we run projects for major hotel flags, prewar co-ops, independent schools, teaching hospitals, and institutional owners across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Our field crews still pour their own concrete, lay their own masonry, and finish their own interiors. Silver Wolf leads. The divisions deliver.

Four principles we actually enforce.
Concrete, masonry, carpentry, and finishes are run by our own crews. When one scope slips, another one absorbs it.
No farm-team leadership. Every engagement is run by a superintendent and PM who are empowered to make field decisions.
Shop drawings, probe results, and QC logs delivered on time—so your QEWI, architect, or consultant can sign off without chasing us.
If we can't hit your schedule or your budget, we'll say so in pre-construction. The worst time to find out is mid-job.
How our team talks about the work.
Not polished slogans — how our superintendents and PMs actually frame the problems we solve for clients.
Most restoration bids come back two weeks before the FISP deadline. Our job is to give you a probe strategy the day we walk the roof — so we're scoping the repair, not scrambling to meet the filing.
We keep three crews available for every hotel block. The owner books the first crew. The other two are insurance against the demo surprise that always shows up on day three.
ICRA is a design problem, not a field problem. If we haven't mapped dust flow, HEPA placement, and route separation before mobilization, we've already failed infection control.
The fastest concrete job is the one where you don't pour twice. That's why we mock up, test, and pull-plan before we spec the truck.
Eight sectors. Same team.
Every market below represents repeat work—sometimes with the same flag, the same managing agent, or the same engineer on multiple projects. Depth is how we bid aggressively and still deliver.
