Challenge
Fast-track residential tower with post-tension slabs, aggressive pour cycle, and a brick veneer package that had to catch the structure without slowing it.
Solution
Dedicated superstructure and veneer crews with separate superintendents, weekly pull-planning with the GC, and a three-week preload of brick and block to keep the façade inside the tower scaffold.
